Scotland Edges Haiti 1-0 in World Cup Thriller

Scotland secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Haiti in a tightly contested Group C clash, keeping their knockout stage hopes alive. The Scots controlled much of the possession but had to weather several dangerous Haiti counterattacks in a match that tested their defensive resolve. A solitary goal proved the difference, with Scotland's clinical finishing capitalizing on a key opportunity when it mattered most.

The win provides Scotland with vital momentum heading into the final stages of group play. While Haiti fought valiantly and came close to catching Scotland on the break, they ultimately couldn't find the back of the net despite their spirited efforts. This result significantly reshapes Group C's dynamics, with Scotland now in contention for advancement. Both sides will view their remaining fixtures as essential—Scotland desperate to build on this momentum, while Haiti must regroup and chase the points needed to stay in contention for a surprising run to the knockout rounds.
